Courtesy runner 'edit' (future.feature.request)

A minor enhancement request that came up again this weekend ..
Enable it so Courtesy runner can be 'edited' in pitch by pitch editor.

+1 . Reminded again of his gap in editing features this weekend. (as of v 5.011)
Courtesy runner is very common in High School speed up rules, as well as youth travel ball in both FastPitch and Baseball. Even in managed subs, Pinch Runners are often very clearly being entered just to Run, using the Courtesy/Pinch Runner button saves score entry steps. but need to be able to edit them after the fact, especially for opponents who we often have correct post game
