MaxPreps Export File

Add the ability to export a MaxPreps compatible file so that statistics can be uploaded rather than entered manually.

We will likely be adding maxpreps export to the Admin Website shortly.

If you go to the Admin Website for your device, and go to the Games tab, and click the name of the team for the game you want the stats for, it now lets you save the stats for the game in a format you can upload to MaxPreps.com.
