Re: Blackberry Playbook tablet
We will see how it does when it is released (will not be out until next year), and see if there is any demand. Apple has sold nearly 8 million iPads. Our guess is it will be a while before any other tablet devices even comes close to that number, but we will see.

I'm sure there won't be a dedicated app for the playbook(I'm writing on one now), but with the rumors floating around that we will get android apps to work somehow...I wonder if this will be supported. I have an iPod but would love the app on the bigger screen. Maybe we will learn more from Orlando over the next few days.
Re: Blackberry Playbook tablet
With the new BlackBerry OS 2 and Android App player, it's supposedly really easy for developers to convert android apps in the APK format to Blackberry's BAR. Can you please look into converting that app and making it available via the Blackberry App World?

Re: Blackberry Playbook tablet
If Blackberry approaches us about migrating, we will consider it more closely. Google approached us about migrating to Android, and Amazon approached us about Kindle Fire support.
It seems if they can run Android apps, they should look into supporting the Android Market, and then iScore (and thousands of other apps) would be able to run on that platform automatically.

Re: Blackberry Playbook tablet
Obviously, BB/RIM wants a cut of the sales, so they would rather have people buy apps from their App World, instead of Google Play (Android Market).
If I can download the APK file (legally, after purchase, of course), I would convert it myself so I can use it on my Playbook. But as of now, there's no way to do so, that I know of.
