iPhone Webcasting Companion App

My wife and family members have iphones, but If they only have their Iphone with them, they can't view the webcast because it is flash based. Twitter is not enough info. Maybe you could have a 99 cent companion iphone app that lets you watch and listen on your iphone to the webcast (scorecast). This could also be a thing where one parent is scoring while coaches or other parents at the game could connect into the scores and stats for the game ((read only). We have three boys and they often play at the same time at different fields. This could really be a great customer feature. This app could also be free and have banner ads at the top to make up the free price.

We actually have something like this on our enhancement list. We have also had suggestions on the Twittercasting to allow different types of tweets to be sent out (player specific, etc) that should also allow people with only phones (even non-iphones) to get more/better updates through that feature as well.

Thank you.

My suggestion focused on getting FULL stats in a streaming or scorecasting form for COACHES and parents in the mobile space or on iphones. This way would allow more people to view FULL stats and pitch by pitch from one person's input. Twitter updates would be great for single player updates and their stats for the game to that point.

I just thought it was funny that iphones can not get the scorecast on the iphone browser, so got to thinking "wouldn't it be great if..."

I agree it would be great to be able to view this on my iPhone. I pretty sure you could do everything you are currently on the scorecast without using Flash.
