I have several players that are assigned to a team and have statistics but are not found in the player manger. They can be found on the team roster. I have done an export and checked the website but they are still not located in the player manager. Please advise.

Go to League Manager in iScore and make sure the ALL league is turned on, then view Player Manager.

I tried this again without any success. The players are not showing up in the player manager.

Is it possible the players were deleted? Deleted players would still show on the Team Roster specifically because of stats. You can check the following link for information on undeleting players that you have deleted:

I dont believe any of them were deleted. All of the players are from the same team. Half of that team are present in the player manager. Half are not.

Are they players from a "Quick Roster" that never had their name changed? Like "Player 1", "Player 2", "Player 3" / "Player A", "Player B", "Player C"? If so, those are intentionally hidden.

If they are actual named players, and you have not deleted them, please do an Options -> Export and email us at support@iscoresports.com with your customer ID and specifically which team / players are involved and we can take a look at your data.
