adding batter to lineup after start of inning

It would be helpful if batters could be added to line up after start of the inning in which they are batting. In youth ball many times you can bat more than 9, and sometimes the other team doesn't tell you its going to happen(-and should!)
I ran across this today and had to back out the entire top inning before the new batters could be added to the roster.

Just tap Misc -> Show Starting Lineup and you can add batters to the lineup.
