Add hashtag/customize Twitter posts?

Not sure if this has been addressed in a previous post, and this also is applicable to the other iScore products. Is there a way to add a hashtag or otherwise customize the posts from iScore Baseball? I use a hashtag that people posting scores for my broadcasting network can add so I can run a search on that hashtag. It would be useful to have the ability to add this hashtag to my tweets so they show in the hashtag search feed.
