I purchased TruMedia 3 weeks ago and it has yet to send me my activation. Any help?

There is not an activation code for TruMedia - it is immediately enabled on your account when you buy it. To see it, you can log in to your Admin Website for the account you purchased it on, and then in any of the Player listings, there will be a button for the TruMedia data. Or on an iPad, if you view a Player Card within iScore itself, you can see the TruMedia data. If you are not able to see this, please email us at
support@iscoresports.com with your customer ID and we will take a look.

Also remember to EXPORT your data...I have to do that to get TruMedia to show up.
