Switching home and visitors after imputing a game.

Post by cbabejones » Mon May 12, 2014 1:42 pm

We often run into situations where we don't know which team will be home until a coin flip right before starting the game. I have used the "swap teams" button before the game starts but it doesn't correct the teams on the box score area. Game scores correct with correct players on each team but final score and box score show up wrong. (we play in a lot of tournaments that home/visitor is determined by coin flip a few min before the first pitch.)

Thanks

The box score should be correct when you do swap teams. If you can email is information to a link where box score is not correct, we can take a look at your data to see why that is. Send info to support@iscoresports.com.

Does it also change the name of the game? I'd like for it to correct the name of the game so that it reads properly.

If you swap teams it also updates the name of the game. You can also manually edit the name of the game by selecting it in Game Manager and tappng I the game name edit area at the top of the Game Info screen.
