Pitch counts per inning, game in progress

Is there a way to look at pitch count for a particular inning while the game is in progress?

I like to keep track of stressful innings while the game is in progress. If a pitcher has a few stressful innings, say 30 plus pitches, I would lower his maximum pitch count and take him out early. Also it might show a trend of poor performance or fatigue.

If there is not a a way to look at this. How about adding a row underneath the score card R/H area and track pitches and strikes.....P/S..... Ie: 15/7 (15 pitches/ 7 strikes)
