iscorecast app
iscorecast app
We recently switched to iscore from 'another brand'. So far, so good. The number one complaint I'm receiving from our youth baseball team fans, however, is that they have to use a web browser to follow along with live action. There are a couple of problems with this. First, that gorgeous iscorecast viewer is information overload on a smartphone display. Second, the amount of info streaming through the browser is apparently the cause of update delays that our fans/parents didn't contend with on the competitors app. An iscorecast app would have most of the graphics already downloaded to the phone/device and that should accelerate the scoring/action updates. Plus the view could be more simplified - in fact a replication of the iscore screen in use by the scorekeeper would be perfect. Furthermore, the coach would find that easier-to-interpret display more useful during live action. Thanks for your consideration.

Re: iscorecast app
If your viewers go here (a link to this is also included when you email the iScorecast links)
http://iscorecast.com/html.php" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
There is a simplified version of the iScorecast viewer intended for mobile devices.

Thanks, that should serve us just as well
Re: iscorecast app
That is a wonderful help to those wanting to watch on a mobile device!
Would it be possible to rescript the "start of game" tweet to send out a second tweet that would include the mobile link? Our mobile followers typically wait for the tweet notification and follow the link rather than bookmarking an URL, and since they are getting their tweets on their mobile, it would seem to make sense to have the mobile link in the mobile tweet.
But now that I know this is there, I guess we can do a workaround by copying and pasting from Notes a tweet that would say, "Or follow the game on your mobile device at iscorecast.com/html.php?c=[customer ID]"
