Enhancement requests

Hi, I would like to submit the following enhancements to your baseball app (which by the way is an awesome app):

1. In the boxscore, is there any way to add the player position similar to an MLB boxscore?
2. When a player is at bat, I know you can tap on the player in the lineup (I am using an iPad), and his hit chart/stats come up. Can we have the option to default to the stats instead of the hit chart? Plus, can that screen be edited to only show the "basic" stats when a player is up -- HR, RBI, AVG, etc.? Or, maybe when the player is "up" where you would normally tap on the player to choose a pinch hitter, there could be a small menu with two options - sub or stats. So, if you wanted to see season long stats of a player you could do that quickly.
3. Same with a pitcher. It would be great to quickly see the pitcher's line at a quick tap - innings pitched, runs, hits, etc.

Not looking for any detailed stats in #'s 2 and 3, just the basic stuff.

Thanks for listening

Tony

Thank you for the suggestion. #1 has come up several times, and we will try and find a way to handle it. The biggest challenge is that with youth ball (which is a large percentage of users), players tend to play several positions (unlike MLB and High School), so showing the position would not look right as it could easily be 3-4 positions for a given player. We will see if we can come up with something creative however.

We also have ideas on 2 and 3 for a future update.

Thanks very much, perhaps there can be something in the options section where the flag would be "show positions in box score" that can be turned on and off. That way the youth sports games don't have to show the positions if they don't want to.

Having the position next to the player name in the text box is HUGE. I understand the youth angle, but for the senior teams sending box scores to newspapers is very important.
When scoring a game, we always seem to have access to the starting line-up, so you should have that data available at the end of the game......???
My suggestion is to use the position from the Original starting line-up as the default position that gets added to the player name in the box score?? Should save you alot of coding and a simple solution.
