New 2.8 version won't exit

I've tried the new version and the program will not let me exit. I hit the exit button. It asks me to hit "OK" and when I do, nothing happens. I've repeated it and can't seem to get it to work. I need to have it fixed by tomorrow since my kid has games. Help!

What os version are you running on and what device? I expect this may be an issue with the new multi-tasking logic on older devices. Just another user thinking out loud.

I'm using an iPhone 4 with version 4.1 OS.

Worked OK for me. HAve you tried powering off and on your device?

(I do not have that iphone/OS version and can not replicate on my itouch or ipad)

I tried turning off the iPhone. When I open the app, go to the game manager, open the game that was in progress, and then try to exit I get the same problem. The program just doesn't exit. The only way to get out of the app is to either double hit the power button so that I can get to another app in multi-task mode, or shut the power down.

We have identified this issue and will likely be posting an update to Apple today, but there is an easy workaround. This occurs if you start scoring using "Score a Game". If you instead go through Game Manager to score games, then Exit will work fine. We have eliminated "Score a Game altogether on the iPad version, so many folks are already in the habit of using Game Manager for scoring all games.

FYI - a small vote for eliminateing 'score a game' on iphone version anyway..

why- Like the ability to explain the same way for both apps (personal preference)

We actually would like to eliminate it as well... that is how this slipped through the cracks is we all go through Game Manager here because of the consistency with iPad. The only reason we have left it in is the training videos still reference it as the way to score games. We would like to phase it out soon though as it is really redundant functionality.
