Yes, I tried on my device browser as well. I get the same error message. I do not have any zeros in my id either. I am typing in the same id I see on my admin page website page.

I also deleted the cookies and the same thing. I'm wondering if there is an error in the export. It says on my device it exports successfully, however when support contact me, they said they didn't see the export. I had already exported several times before that point.

We have been working on this one... the Customer ID originally sent to us had a typo, so we were unable to find the export on our server. When sent the right ID, we were able to find the data, but found that the database from the device is not compatible with our server.

We saw this one other time with a user that had rooted their Android device, and it had installed a newer version of SQLite on their system. We are working directly with this customer to figure out what is going on.

No need to continue on this thread.

Thank you.

This issue is also related to HTC devices. They have installed a newer version of SQLite on those devices. We got an HTC ThunderBolt today just to try and resolve both this and the white screen issue. Don't know why HTC is doing non-standard things. This one may take longer than the white screen issue, but we now have a way to both reproduce and test the fixes instead of just guessing at the fixes.
