Data Sharing MLB Add On

Post by oakdale_mike » Thu Mar 17, 2011 10:46 am

I just bought iScore and installed it on my two Android Devices (Droid and Nook Color rooted). After typing in a couple of rosters, I decided $19.95 wasn't too much after all and sprung for the MLB Add On. I activated it on my Droid and then discovered that I could not activate it on the NC (code already used). This raises the interesting question of what happens when I do my "new every two" on the Droid.

I figured the work around would be to export all the data from the Droid and then use the Data Sharing/Get from Web on the NC. Unfortunately, this always comes up empty. Do I really have to spend another $20 to make both devices usable? I haven't yet decided which one will be most useful -- I haven't actually scored a game yet.

No... one purchase is all you need. Just email us your Customer ID from both of your devices and make sure you do an Options->Export from both devices before sending the email so the accounts are established on our servers. We can transfer the MLB rosters over for you, and you can use them from both devices.

btw... you running iScore on a rooted Nook Color? How is it working?

It's too soon to tell how well it's working on the NC. It comes up and runs and hasn't forced closed. I've imported and exported team data, but I haven't scored a game yet.

I'll follow up with the requested email and when I'm sure it works, I'll add the NC to the Android devices thread. Thanks.
