Missing game
Missing game
I scored an entire game and now it is missing on my iPad. The scorecaset is still on the site though, and before it disappeared, I was able to email the stats to myself. Any way of getting it back onto my iPad without having to re-enter the whole game?

Yes. most likely recoverable
Most likely you have unintentionally hidden it with leagues.
They enabling "ALL" league in league manager, Then look in game manager.

If you know you deleted the game (multi tap process), you will need to export your data and contact support@iscoresports.com.

I did try to enable "ALL" leagues, but it it still wasn't there.

I see you have been on forum for a year+. Do you have any clue how it disappeared, any chance you deleted it?
FTM has a 'flag, to hold deleted games, so If you are on recent version and have not tuned up since delete, highly likely they can recover.
Provide device Id and info in email and they will take care of you

I just emailed all my info to customer support, so hopefully the will be able to get that game back onto my iPad.
