Unable to Export

Unable to Export

I use an iPod Touch to score with and I am running version 3.16.162 of iScore. I have been unable to export my games for a few months (I have been able to export fine for over a year before it stopped working).

I have followed all the suggestions that usually get it to work, but it definitely does not export anymore. It will crash the application after about 5 seconds of doing the export. If I power down and restart the iPod, run iScore, and try to export again, I get the same issue.

What can I do to troubleshoot this issue?

It appears you have a recent version of iScore, are you up to date on the most recent iTouch software when you sync your iTouch through iTunes?

I am using the current version of the iPod Touch software. iTunes says my iPod software is up to date.

If you can email us with your Customer ID to support@iscoresports.com letting us know you are having trouble exporting, we can check our server logs. We log every successful export as well as every attempted export and the associated error(s), so we should be able to identify what is going on with your device.
