Invalid Customer ID

Invalid Customer ID

I keep getting the message Invalid Customer ID when I go to scorecast.com. I have set up teams, a game, etc. My number starts with a 'o' or a '0' and I have tried both. Nothing has worked so far. Version 2.40.65

The most likely cause of this is that the game was scored while iScorecast was not enabled. Make sure to go to the Options menu from within iScore and turn on iScorecast before the game starts.

To get a game that was scored wthout iScorecast enabled up to the iScorecast servers, just go to Game Manager, touch the game you want to send to the server, and on the Game Info screen, scroll down to i-Scorecast Synchrize and touch that. This will send the entire game up to the iScorecast server, and you will then be able to view it at http://iscorecast.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;.
