Can't email iscore cast link

When I try email the iscore cast link for a new game added today I receive the error "can't send email at this time"
Worked fine over the weekend

Also on the options page there is now a "sign in" option instead of "register" but from my iPad or iPhone the app won't let me sign in

, I assume You upgrade to the new iOS version. And over the weekend you were on the old version ..

Their are multiple ways to email .. Which way are you trying that is error messaging. I upgraded today and was able to email link( new more email like interface). I did from within a game, broadcast icon, misc button and from game info menu. Email sent by each method ok

I am not sure the change in options > register vs option > sign in .. But i was able to sign in useing the same name and password I used before for register. But now longer see what all is registered.

Support will need to explain the new sign in purpose

I did upgrade. I am trying from game info page (the first page when a game is selected from game manager). There is a selection for 'email iscoreCast link'. It has always worked in the past.

I tried hitting Play then email from the iscoreCast icon but recieved the same error.

The options page changed with this upgrade. Instead is 'register' at the top of the options page. Now it has sign-on.

Try the email link now.. It will 'work' but different than last week

The new link is to the Central Viewer App. If the app is installed on phone . It will open the game . This is great and an improvement in the works for months . If app is not installed you should be directed to download the app for free ..

It was broke yesterday .. But Support did some 'tweaks' today... To workaround Apple who reportedly changed The way they allow redirects w latest iOS updates and the Iscore developer wiz folks solved today


Please note.. The link is different than before no longer gives links to iscorecast or HTML ..

I am lobbying here ( and on other posts) to support to add those back too .. Like all three ways to view . Depending on device and bandwidth

Thanks for assistance. Yes, I would be on board for lobbying to get those links back too.

I think I found a work around. Go to data.iscorecentral.com enter your apps ID then launch the game you want to share and copy that games URL. It's not as easy as before but seems to work.

Here's to hoping we can get the easier functionality back.

the new email interface allows you to copy in other info to the email.. Like iscorecast game link(s)

I am doing a bit more complex workaround..
I am emailing my self the Link, getting the game code (g=xxxxxxxxxxxxx) and then creating my own email and links using the following syntax

HTML (low graphics, original version being phased out by iscore)
http://data.iscorecentral.com/iscorecas ... xxxxxxxxxx

isocrecast (high graphics,)
http://data.iscorecentral.com/iscorecas ... g=xxxxxxxx

Where xxxxxx is the generated unique game number

P.S>
You can also insert customer Number or Team WebSite Name c=xxxxxxxxx instead of G=xxxxx to get a "index of games"

+1 option to view via iscorecast or app. App is great on phone or ipad, but iscorecast preferred on browser.

Support has said the intent of the new link is to be "smart" .. So on a computer it will open up a traditional iscorecast on a web browser and on a phone or tablet re direct to open up in app
