Missing pitching stats in spreadsheet

Please help!

I've been using iScore for 5 seasons now and this hasn't been an issue until recently.

After every game, I send stats in Excel and CSV format to myself via email. When I open the spreadsheet (Excel Format), the batting and fielding stats are there, but the pitching stats are blank. No names, numbers, stats..... nothing! Another weird thing is, the the CSV files are complete.

I'm hoping someone else has had the same issue/solution?

Are you running the most recent version of the app?

We have tried this on devices here and are not seeing the same results, If you can do an Options -> Export and email us at support@iscoresports.com with your customer ID and which team/game you are emailing, we can take a look at your data.
