Team Fielding Stats show as zero

Game is entered pitch-by-pitch but both teams "team fielding" stats show as zero. All other stats (team batting, team pitching and scorebook) are fine.

This doesn't happen for every game. Why?

Is it possible you did not assign positions to the players? If positions were not assigned, then fielding stats can not be calculated.

You can go back and set positions in the starting lineup, or as the first pitch of the game by going to Pitch by Pitch for the game, and editing the starting lineup on the Game Starts event.

You can export your database (Options->Export), and email us your customer ID (bottom left of Options screen), we can take a look at your database. Send email to support@iscorecentral.com.
