I was trying to correct a play in the game manager/play by play/edit buttons. I find the play I want to correct, press edit next to the play, change the play, and it stays with the original play. It will not change.
During a game the action is sometimes too fast to fix an entry error. So after the game is done, one must have that ability.
How is that accomplished.
The app is fantastic otherwise, except for coloring of players.

Are you unable to save your edits? or unable to make the type of edit you want because a button is 'greyed out' and unavailable.
If you can make the edit, are you sure you are hitting save/done after your edits? before returning to pitch by pitch listing. sometims that button on upper right gets missed.
If you can not make an edit becuase a button is grayed out.. that is by design... as noted elsewhere in the forum, pitch by pitch editor is limited in the type of edits it can make. it can not make 'game changing edits'. .It can make substitution changes, changes sngle hits to errors etc, but it can not add more runs to an inning, takeaway and out etc. for that you have to undo back to the error and rescore. this is due to the interdependency of events.
