Unsuccessful sending email

Getting the dreaded "Unsuccessful" message from my iPad when trying to send email from my game (latest version 2.75). I've tried several times.

I am having the same issue. I also recently updated my version to 2.75.92.

Our primary and backup email servers are both failing... we are adding a third server as a backup... it will be up shortly... we will post when things are working fine.

OK... emails should be working again... we now have three levels of email servers. This is the first time we've had an issue since the first backup email server was put in place... now with the primary and two secondary servers, we are hoping to be covered. :)

I had the issue last night and after restarting the program, it resolved.

BUT...the colors are WEIRD. All season, the HTML coding for the email has placed the stats in an olive green/brown style box that was easy to read. After yesterday's issues with being unable to send email, now it has changed to royal blue and bright green and the fonts are terribly messed up.

Anyone else see this change?

Yeah same thing is happening to me, any solutions to this? I tried installing the old version from a back up. No luck.

If someone is having this color change, can you please forward the email to us at support@iscorecentral.com? As far as we know, we have not changed the colors of the emails, so would like to see this. Thank you.

One of the iScore customers that had the odd color issue forwarded a copy of the email to us, and we were able to identify and resolve the issue. The 2nd backup server we put online was "escaping quotes" when the emails were sent, and this was causing the color codes to change. So it was only happening if your emails were being sent by our 2nd backup server. Email counts have been pretty high the last few days which puts a little more load on the backup servers. You should not see this color changing issue on any emails going forward.

No problem...thanks guys for fixing it for us. It makes printing the last set of stats a lot better. It happened after our final game.
