Pinch runner

After inserting a pinch runner, the scoring buttons disappear. Need to exit game, then restart.

We just tried this, and the buttons do disappear for 1/2 second or so as the screen refreshes and data is recalculated with the pinch runner on base, but then the buttons do come back.

If they are not coming back for you, our guess is it is a memory issue, and you should do a full restart of your device. Press and hold the power button on top of your device until the "slide to power off" message appears. Slide the button and your device will power down. Power it back on by pressing the same button again. This will free all memory on your device.

Let us know if you continue seeing this issue after the above steps are performed.

If you can export your database to us (Options->Export) and email us at support@iscorecentral.com which version of iScore you are using (iPhone/iPad + version number on title screen), and your customer ID (bottom left of Options screen), and let us know the steps you are taking to do the pinch runner, we can take a look at your data on a device here and see what we can find. Thank you.

I sent my info in and support fixed my data overnight!!! Thanks guys!! You saved me a lot of rekeying.

Question is... do I not sub pinch runners for fear it will crash again?

When the lineups are all correct, pinch runner works just fine. You should be able to continue using pinch runner without issue.
