I don't plan on using two devices. I am using my new iPad and can't share the data to/from my old iPad because I don't have it anymore. Going forward I will use on device. I have forwarded that information in an e-mail already.

jaxcuse- thanks. your issue is one of retiring an old device and converting prior device content to new device, including reassigning master device for a team web site. That can only be done with manual intervention from FTM. (aka email support as you did explaining your situation and both old and new device IDs). Worry not, nothing lost. and When FTM is able to respond to your emails, you will be good to go. they will merge the two units games/players/teams etc into the new units data base and reassign the new unit id as master of your team website, and then go forward all will be good.
