- break this into two problems, first lets try and solve stats visibility on the device, then a simple export, and hit charts should be visible on the admin site
- IF you still do not have stats on the device for the subject team (Team Manager > Select Team > Stats) , after you have done FTM suggestion (copy Line Up to Roster), and after you have confirmed the "ALL" league is enabled (check marked) in League Manager, .... . THEN please do the following and report back what you see, "Game Manager > Select Game > " (aka at the Game Info screen), Confirm you have stats for the subject team there for the specific game (team batting and team hitting) or do you have blank players...
(I am also assuming since 'first game' you have the most current version of the software v 2.85. I have not seen a similar issue like this on that version on this forum, so i am comfortable we can trouble shoot it. by the way, forgot to say, welcome )

Re: Did my first game today . problem with the hit chart &stats
We have found the issue.
You scored the game with a different team "Arkansas" originally. A new one was created, and the one that was actually used to score the team no longer exists in your database. Recreating the team with the same players will not be treated as the same team. So when you are trying to view the Hit Charts for the Arkansas team you currently have, there is no history of that team playing any games.
We do have a way for you to see the hit charts for all the players on your team even if they were done when the player was on a different team. Bring up the hit charts for the Arkansas team, then in the URL of your browser, add "&all=1" to the end of the URL and press Enter. This tells the server you want to view all hits for any of the players on the team roster whether they were done on this team, or any other team.
