I merged two teams together and I am now trying to merge the duplicate players.

I have a whole group of players that show on the roster, show online, but I cannot find them in the MERGE feature for the players.

As an example, I want to merge player 42 - xxx xxx (renamed so I can find it) into 42 - S Kekai.

In the Player Merge, I can location 42 - S Kekai on the left, but I cannot location 42 - xxx xxx on the right. Both players are on the roster.

Thoughts?

When in Player Manager, the jersey numbers would not show up. This is where Merge takes place. The players are all just listed alphabetically by last name, then first name.

If you are not seeing the player in player manager, then either you have the League the player is in turned off (go to League Manager and turn ON the ALL league to see every player), or you have deleted the player (deleted players would still show in game lineups for any games they played in). You can undelete a player you may have deleted by following the instructions here:

I have double checked that ALL leagues are selected.

"Kekai S" is listed in the Player Manager, "xxx xxx" is not.

I have not deleted the player (xxx xxx) that I want to merge into (Kekai S).

"xxx xxx" is not listed on the website in my deleted players list, and is not listed in the Players list.

"xxx xxx" is listed on the Roster of the team that was merged into.

I keep using "xxx xxx" as the player, but this is happening to 3 others from this team also.

More thoughts?

If "xxx xxx" is being displayed, then the player must exist on your device. Be sure to do an Options -> Export when viewing the deleted data from the Admin Website.

If this does not help, do the Options -> Export and email your customer ID with details to support@iscoresports.com and we can look at your data to see what we find.

I have exported, then gone to the Admin website to view the deleted players. "xxx xxx" is not listed.

I just exported at 1:42pm PST. I am sending an email to support.

This is resolved. There was an error in my database.
