can i use scoreboard on a outside web company or do i have to use iscore website

If you are asking if you can score games with iScore and have it automatically appear on a third party scoreboard, the answer is no. We do not have any integrations with third party scoreboards.

They may be asking about the scoreboard you can create on the admin website (shows banner of recent game scores.) This can definitely be posted on an outside website. When you create the scoreboard you can get the code to post to your website.
