I'm trying to look up our team on the iScore app I downloaded on my android, and I can't find the team or any of our games

Official name of team is

UBA Gladiator Gold 10U


Granted, I added the team and games late last night, I'm wondering if it takes a while to update???

@ lefty dad .. Provided you have good internet connectivity , when you force device synch to scorecast and central viewer servers, the sync should be 'real time' .

That said I have created future date based games and know for certain they are on the server but they do not show up in overview search (iOS app) .. Until later.. Like 31 hours before game time. (Btw 31 is an odd number, 24 36 48 hours would have seemed more likely so my 31 maybe off )

However, I do not fully understand how the search criteria works .. because for example today 3/24/16, a Search produced games That are not mine with a 4/4/16 start ( game waiting to start) while showing my games (all also waiting on start) with a 3/24 start, (expected) but earlier game of a DH on 3/25 too (ok hence 31 hour rule) but not later game on 3/25 and no games scheduled for 3/26 and 3/27 start . This would make sense with my ~ 31 hour time window filter , if it did not show other person games w a 4/4 start. My working hypothesis is perhaps other persons 4/4 future games though scheduled for 4/4 got started earlier and then undo back to game not started. (But that theory does not seem to hold for me)


@support .. I am also interested in better understanding the underlying filter logic in search in Central Viewer app

I am also having the same issue. I downloaded the iscore "viewing" iscorecast app and I can't find my team. I could have sworn I found it when I first downloaded the app about a month ago. However, now I don't have anything in "favorites" and also can't find my team when I search for it.

ok - found it. Searched for Northwest (although technically, the name is much longer). I kept scrolling down and finally found it. Tapped it and went to add it to favorites. The app keeps crashing. Uninstalled the app, reinstalled the app - still crashing. I have a Samsung Note 4.

Can you give us the exact steps you are using that are causing the app to crash?

This crash has happened to me as well. I submitted the Error Report via the app when it crashed. This was on a Samsung Galaxy S7.

Step by step:

1. Go to Teams screen and search for team name. (For us it was Diamond Elite - I have another issue with the sync I'll bring up later)
2. Find out team in the search list
3. Click the team name to view Team Info
4. While viewing Team Info screen, click on the 3 dots (...) in top right corner of app
5. Click on the "Add to Favorites" button that appeared on the bottom of the app
6. App closes and a box appears stating "Unfortunately, iScore Central has stopped. <Actions: Report or OK>

At this point I have reported the error and submitted the crash log with details. This happens every time. I have removed, reinstalled the app multiple times to no avail.

Also, we have a Team Website where I have updated the Team and Manager name in the Search Fields there. Yet when I do the search in the app, I do not see these changes. The Manager's name is blank in the app, but filled in on the Team Website. I applied the age group to the name on the Team WEbsite, but it doesn't appear on the app.

Just wanted to note that I had a few parents try these same steps on their android devices, and each attempt ended with the same result. An app crash and the team was never added to favorites.
