issue with player on MLB roster

There is a Matt Duffy playing for the Astros, and one playing for the Giants. However, in Iscore I have one Matt Duffy (DOB 1989-02-06) who is on both the Giants roster and the Astros roster. Is that a general issue or does it have to do with my account? Adding both the Giants and the Astros with the Discover Team function after reinstalling Iscore on my iPad had the same result.
