Hi All,

I entered a game this weekend on a Samsung S7 and send out a Scorecast link to all the parents. After the game I exported the data and emailed the stats to myself.

The stats on the phone show the pitcher allowing zero earned runs with a 0.0 ERA. The parents pointed out the stats on iScoreCentral show 5 runs scored with 4 earned. Hits, Runs, BB, SO, etc are all correct but the ER's are not.

How can each app show a different number when they both use the same data? How can I correct the local game data?

If you can do an Options -> Export and email your customer ID to support@iscoresports.com and let us know which game it is, we can take a look at your data to see what is going on.
