You are getting killed with low star reviews on itunes site.

One is a simple bug fix. New player add crash

Player Manager > add new player > crash
( on iOS universal 4.706 iPhone)

I bring this up because it has been reported here on the forum .... Month or so ago .. And i happen to stumble across it the other day on a training class and now i see it hurting reviews in iTunes

We are trying to reproduce this and are not getting the crash. Tapped Player Manager, tapped Add New Player, and it is not crashing. Is there a step we are missing?

What version of iOS are you using when getting the crash? Maybe we have different versions?

Odd? You can't repeat the crash it happens to me every time

( my Apology for my short response in prior post, if you can't recreate you can't fix.. Let me elaborate w more detail to help you troubleshoot)

MENU PAGE > PLAYER MANAGER > ADD NEW PLAYER ( yup, that simple, no orher steps)
The 'crash' is technically a flash to new player card 'black screen' than goes to iOS home screen ISCORE is technically still running in background, so just a switch over. But then reopen at main menu page not 'add player' screen. )

I am on IOS iphone 5s w iOS 9.32 ( most current)

Using Iscore baseball 4.706 (most current universal iphone/ipad version). I just re-downloaded the iOS 4.705 -'iphone' only version and reproduced the same issue.

I Do not have access at moment to test iPad.

This crash is noted multiple times (unfavorably) in apple store reviews for current version 4.706 ( posts dated may 17, may 20, may 23, june 2). So i do not think isolated to just my configuration.

This crash was also called out in this forum earlier this month ..

Perhaps you tested on different hardware or a non public beta version and can not repeat because the issue is already known, and fixed for next release. what version and device were you able to make it work on?? / OhioTex

I just tried this also. Same steps as OhioTex. It works fine on my iPad (No dump to iOS main screen). However, on my iPhone, it dumps to the iOS main screen. Every time.

Both are public release versions 4.7 0 6. iOS version 9.3.2.

FYI - Just tried updating to iOS version 9.3.3. iPhone still dumps me to the main screen.

Ah... when running the IPHONE add player is crashing. That is the piece that was missing in the above steps. We were trying to reproduce on an IPAD. Thank you. We will get this fixed right away.

FYI , iTunes reviews has a few mentions of this "add a player" issue too. May 17,20, 23 and June 2 by different users

Fix being submitted for this to Apple today.
