Cannot sync MLB lineups (resolved)

Trying to score an MLB game today on the APP. Tried several games. None of the lineups would come through when I tried to sync. All I would get were the correct lineups with double question marks before and after each name. None of them would load. Never had this happen before.

The processing from our supplier was broken on the load in the morning. It was cleared up by the afteroon. Sorry for the trouble.

It is not working again today. Getting ready to score Cubs-Cardinal game and get no players on their teams.
