I just scored a game and had an issue in last inning. We sent up a different batter due to someone warming up, and iScore wouldn't let me switch to different batter. I used to be able to "touch" batter and it would allow me to make an offensive substitute. Not this time so my last 4 batters are wrong. I exported data at 3:30 PST. I also tried via "edit" on game screen after exit, to no avail.
I am using iPhone 5
iScore:4.725
Game in question: 2016 West Hills Frosh vs WR Frosh 2016
device: C5999677E4
bottom of 7th inning Batter shows Montalbon, but it was a different batter - Snavely.... then Montalbon, etc...
*** I recall one of our other 'iScore" scorers having the same issue on his device last week. Maybe a bug?

Re: not able to sub batter
(First thanks for using iscore for so many years, I see you joined the forum in 2009)
I do not have access to your export.. but perhaps we can solve before support gets to it..
My first guess, is you were "batting all" (it is fall ball after all) ... If you have everyone batting in your starting line up (misc > show starting line up) , the program blocks out the ability to Toggle OFFENSE and DEFENSE in sub screen (when you tap a batter icon, all you get is the fielding sub screen, not the horizontal bat line up screen )
Check your starting line up.. if that is not it let me know
If that is the issue, you can correct, go into Pitch by pitch editor, add a player to starting line up.. and that will open up the sub later in the editor.
sorry for the frustration

Re: not able to sub batter
...tried pitch by pitch editing... couldn't figure how to edit batter...???
Re: not able to sub batter
I assume we are doing this post game .. to fix, start with editing the Starting line up. in the Pitch by Pitch Edit game screen .
Adjust the Starting line up ( Game Info screen > Pitch by pitch edit > Game Starts event > Edit Starting line up > change Home/ visitor as needed >
Add a player so not ALL BATTING . i.e. you do not get the batting sub screen unless there is a player not batting. even if you have to make up a dummy player - need to have a sub in the starting line up.
after you update the starting line up , then Done/Save back to Pitch by Pitch screen
Now scroll down to the At Bat events you want to edit and try your sub now. ..
tap the event, > Edit substitution > home/visitor
you should now have the Offense/Defense toggle button on top of the screen for Offense/Defense substitutions
Let me know how it goes..
if not working, please confirm back *) home or away team, *) exactly how many players in the starting line up, have batting = yes and batting = no c) which batter(s) are wrong, who does it say is batting wrong in what inning and who should it be. .
THANKS
