No date in Player card date column (answered, pending user follow up if needed)

Hi,
when I open Player card there is nothing in the date column.

Is there any solution?

The date for each game row on a player card comes from the date of the game. Go to Game Manager, select the game, and you can scroll down and set the scheduled date and start date for the game. Then view stats for the game and tap the Recalc option and it will reset the date of the game on the player card.

I tapped Recalc and then Recalculate all in Game screen stats but the column in Player card is still empty.
Anyway, thanks for quick response.

The suggestion by support should have corrected.

We can try some more detailed stepwise trouble shooting here if you want . As This has not been a reported problem before on this forum, i think we can fix.


For my background,

1) what kind of device are you using?
Is software up to date?

2) Is this issue isolated to one game, or many?

Troubleshoot ..
Lets try to force an update again, but lets add a step to change the date and make sure ALL league is on (so nothing, hidden from view )

Also , Be double sure you are working on the "right game". ( I know game titles can look similar if play lots of double headers or in small
Leagues for example.)

Steps
a) Turn on the special "ALL LEAGUE" in LEAGUE MANAGER ( this is simply for troubleshooting to make sure nothing unintentionally filtered from view)

B) change game start date
game manager > select game > scroll down on game info screen and change the dates ( game schedule, game start,and game end) ( don't wworry you can switch back later, i just want the program to register the change)

* by the way, did you notice anything unusual before you adjust dates ( eg, perhaps wrong year?)

* try adjusting all 3 dates, but "game start" is the one that should matter... Try setting to today's date just to test

C) recalc stats
> batting stats, > recalc
( all or keep should not matter)

D) check player card
Exit back to player manager and check player card..is the date colum now filled? ( if not , scroll all the way to right to re double check 'right game' )

If fixed, you probably want to ho back and repeat steps to reset dates

If not fixed, my next area to focus on is making sure you have the right game and right player.

If still not fixed.. post back

Still no change :D

I have Android version 5.1.1 and iScore version 4.50.402.

In player card, date is missing for all games.

@support will need to test on a similar Android device,

I am surprised to hear with ALL league enabled, this impacts All the games on the device.. that was not clear in your prior post, I had assumed you only had one (or a few) games not showing the date.. not ALL. this may be an android version issue and @support will need to jump back in..

4.50.402. is the latest iscore baseball version for Android.
but 5.x is not the latest android version. (depending on device, i think 6.x 7.x are out there)

What specific Android device brand/model are you using.?
