Guys,

Just a small issue but BABIP, although it shows in the stats on the iPad does not appear to be exporting to CSV. Everything cuts off after the E32* field (tried moving BABIP before the E32* field but got same result)

• Not only can i replicate leftside9's issue, but it triggered some extra questions and more areas of concern (see below)
  (I can confirm stats are selected on device, display on device, and should show up in emails - but do not.
  no matter the order on the device, they are missing from the emails (and also team web site)
  
  iOS APP (applies to both iPhone and iPad v 5.006)
• this applies to Batting:BABIP, Pitching BABIP, and Pitching:FIP
  (these 3 stats were all added together to a mid v4.7x release if i recall and all seem to have gotten orphaned)
• this applies to CSV, Excel and HTML and even PDF formats
• This also applies to legend that is emailed.
• it applies to * TEAM Stats email, * GAME stats email, and * player Card pdf email
  • I will take this opportunity to lobby again for the previously submitted request by multiple users to enable the ability to email player stats by csv and excel not just PDF.
  
  TEAM WEB SITE is impacted to
• Team Web Site - Pitching BABIP, and Pitching:FIP also missing in both stats selector page and legend
  (batting:BABIP is on Team Web site, i recalled that issue being found and solved a while back )

The email one we are able to reproduce and will figure out what is going on and get it fixed.

We are not seeing the same thing on the Team Website. The website shows these both in the stats and the legend as long as you enable them under Stat Selection (both on Stats and on the Legend).

@support. are there potentially different team web site servers (could i be on an old one)?

I ask, Because, PITCHING FIP and PITCHING BABIP are most definitely not on my team web site (stat selector page or legend).
Please double check.

Update:
V5.008 is now available in app store

This looks to be resolved for Team Website now ( includes pitching BABIP and pitching FIP) but does not seem to be fixed for email in excel yet for Batting BABIP or pitching BABIP and FIP in v5.008. Perhaps in next version will be in the email of excel, csv, html and pdf files

Email issue with these stats should now be resolved. Should work with existing versions now - no need to update.
