my.iscorecentral login problem (resolved)

Hi
I've tried a few times today to login to my.iscorecentral using the info in the Options->Admin Website of iScore on my iPad but it kept telling me that my username/password was invalid. I tried to change my password but it timed out (twice) trying to connect to the server. Can you please help.

changing Password from your device (Options > Admin WebSite > Change Password) is the right troubleshooting step.

Perhaps you had a momentary bad connection when you 'timed out'.
Please verify connection and try changing again .
(I just tried changing mine and no issues , servers working)

Then try logging on again with customer ID and new password at my.iscorecentral.com

Thanks for your response.
Just tried again and same result ... just sat there for about 5 minutes before saying that it was unable to contact the server.

Would you believe I did an export and then tried to log in again with my latest attempt of change password and it worked. Go figure.

If you are a new user, an initial export is require to populate the admin website before you are able to login for the first time.
