Team Website Password Not Working (Resolved)

Just wanted to put this here for others in case anyone else experiences this.

Was attempting to log into one of my Team Websites this morning, and my Admin Password was NOT working to get into Settings. It would allow me to get to the other areas of the Team Website that I have password protected, but not Settings.
Selecting Settings on the left hand tree, entered Password, and then page would loop back to Home Page. Select "Settings" again, and it prompts me for password again. Closed my browser completely, cleared cache, tried again same thing. The weird thing....my other Team Website would let me log in just fine with the Password. I also have my Team Websites linked to the same device - so they are the same password.

To mitigate, I went onto my device under Options, and changed the Password to my Admin Site on the device. After it updated successfully (seemed to take longer than normal), I was able to then log into both Team Websites with my admin Password.

not sure if this was related or not, but inside of team web site settings you have the option to set a guest password, if your ADMIN and GUEST passwords are the same, unexpected results happen. also odd characters (e.g apostrophe or quotes) in password can cause non working. . your solve is correct, reset pasword on device and try again.

Interesting point! I did - in fact (as I wanted to restrict who could now see the site since the season is over), change the guest password to my admin password on that one Team Website! When I changed my Admin Password, I changed it to something different. Good info to know! Thanks OhioTex!
