new update will not run

I just downloaded & updated the iscore on my touch and now it will not even work. It shows the main background screen only and then goes back to the all icon screen. I have 2 games of data already in the program & have a tournament this weekend that I want to take stats for. Fix the update quick! I'm running 2.2.1 as needed and the previous version ran great!

TKKlenke, the app works for me. I too just downloaded it and it appears to be working fine for me. My version says 2.60.81, not sure what you mean by 2.2.1? Hopefully you have exported your two games that way your data is safe.
added {should have stated that I am using an iPhone}

The 2.2.1 is the version os version on my touch. And no, I did not download the two games and so I do not have a back up. Was not expecting the software to crash. I just loaded it on my other touch with the same configuration and have the same problem. Not sure what is going on.

I can't even get the program to open so I can not export the files. When I tap the iscore icon it shows the iscore baseball first screen and then quits and goes back to the itouch screen with all my icons. Its happening on both of my touches. Can I get the older version somehow and reload that?

I am having the same problem as "tkklenke" with the newest version where when I click on the starting icon the next screen flashes temporarily and then it goes back to my regular itouch screen. I was running version 241 and then upgraded today to the 260 version but not before exporting all of my data to the website. My itouch is a version 2.2.1 (5H11) with a serial number 1A801P0W14P, Model MA627C, it has a 20GB capacity with 6.8GB available space.
I have also sent support an email with the same information and my username to see if you can help.

We have found there is an issue with OS version 2.2.1. We are working to try and resolve it. If anyone runs into this issue, the easiest fix (which a couple customers have already reported works perfect) is to update your device to OS 3.x. This is done in iTunes by connecting your device to your iTunes account, and selecting your device on the left. If it does not prompt you asking you to update, there is a button that says Update in the "Summary" tab in iTunes.
If anyone can not update to OS 3.x for any reason, and/or this does not resolve the issue, please email us directly at

FTM: OS 3.x is being charged for. Not sure if that's an issue for some people..
