Scorebook and stat issues

There have been several times that when I look over the scorebook after a game that it will show a batter I'm scoring in the first inning jump over to a new box in the second inning and start over before the AB is finished. Then when I look back at the team batting stats, it may have the third batter with 4 AB's and the fifth batter with 6 AB's. It does this on almost every game I score. I thought it might have been doing it when my phone shut off when I wasn't using it, but I made sure it stayed on during the last game and it still did it. Thanks for the help.

Typically issues like this are caused by memory leaks. Memory leaks occur when other applications are not releasing memory, and over time, the memory on your phone is not available for iScore to use. The best way to make sure all memory is cleared is to do a full power down/power up of your device. To do this, press and hold the power button until you get the "slide to power off" message. Slide the red button across, and your device will completely shut down. Now press the power button again to turn the device back on.
Many people never do the above steps since the devices go into the "sleep" state, and people just assume the device is powerd off. It is a good idea to do this occassionally in general just to free up memory that can be leaked from any number of programs.
fyi... memory issues were a huge problem with iPhone OS 3.0... if you are on 3.0 and have not upgraded to 3.1, we would definitely recommend doing so.
