Previously Purchased Add-On Not Applied

I recently had my iPod touch stolen. I purchased a new one and connected it to my computer. When it re-downloaded the ESPN Iscore app, it downloaded it without the MLB Rosters purchase and the Admin Website purchase that I had already bought. I contacted Apple, but they told me I had to contact the App creator. There is record of me purchasing both these add-ons. Since these add-ons are expensive ($40 total), I'd like these to be made available to me. Please contact me ASAP. Thank you.
