Team's Player data goes missing in device after discovery in lineup

I added a game in Game Manager and imported to my device.
The device sync is done after I export to my client - Scoremonster.
Now the players been modified in my team and I could find the new player when I hit the discover option.
But on lineup of the team. The old data shows up every time.
FIX TRIED:
I have manually tried to fix this by going to my device settings and clearing the cache and data.
After this trial, I could find new players added in lineups after the discovery.
But this doesn't seem as a bit difficult for all users to understand and loss of data is taking at the moment too.
Expecting a solution from iScore developer team.
Devices Used:
Samsung S9 (Android 8.1)
iPhone 6s (iOS 11.1.0)
Oppo A37FW (Android 5.1.1)
iPad Pro (iOS 12)
