Pitch by pitch changed not reflected in scorecard or team ba

Post by Dhwflash » Mon Jun 07, 2010 7:08 pm

Upon changing how runners scored in pitch by pitch from advance by batter to error the scorebook does not eliminate the RBIs or change notation from AB to E. As well team batting stats are not changed for the RBI. Any ideas, a bug?

welcome to the board.

Go to the game press play then exit. This should refresh the stats.

Thanks, I tried this but the stats still shoe advanced by batter and give credit for RBI's. Any other suggestions?

If you can do an Options->Export of your data, and email us your customer ID to support@iscoreccentral.com with the details of the game and player involved, we can take a look.

Keep in mind that an error does not necessarily mean the batter does not get an RBI. A batter can still get RBIs credited when an error occurs on a play.
