Check you leagues and make sure the leagues the games were played in are on when you export.

also check the League Setting on your Team Web site.

also to clarify there are three different things you have to do after scoring a game to get "all of your info" onto the "Admin and Team Web Site". Are you doing all three?

1- EXPORT ...Team Web Site database is updated when you "OPTIONS > EXPORT". Assuming leagues are set correctly on Handheld and Team Web site, this will populate on the web the game and base information

2- IScoreCast Synch ... IScoreCasts are updated on the Team web sites and Admin web site when you select GAME MANAGER > 'DESIRED GAME' > I-ScoreCastSynchronize (assuming you did not iscorecast live)

3- EMAIL STATS... Team Wed Sites get a copy of Game by Game Scorecards when you Email stats and scorecards . (the server can not generate the PDF it must come from the handheld and then gets copied to the web site while in transit)

I continue to have the same problem. My last "successful" sync according the site was 6/8 but I've done all three items (i-score sync, e-mail to web and export) a dozen times and no updates!! Not on the admin site either. Something is clearly wrong... Same process I've followed for the previous 4-5 weeks and I've had no problemin the past.

I think I figured out my problem (not resolved yet, but diagnosed). Perhaps you have the same issue.

I switched iPads and apparently, I've been assigned a new customer ID. The old and new customer IDs are not linked and causing a disruption in updating the website/ admin page

Each device has its own unique Customer ID. You will see this when you go to the Options screen in iScore. The Team Website and Admin Website are tied to a specific device. If you need us to move your team website to a different device, just shoot us an email at support@iscorecentral.com, and we can transfer the website to your new device. For the Admin Website, you will have to log in to the right one for each device --- this can not change as it is tied to your unique device ID.

1) please email FTM suport with your customer id and describe the problem so they can review it from their side too. support@iscorecentral.com

2) Lets work on OPTIONS > EXPORT
this updates the FTM server with your complete data base.
Are you getting message for "Successful Export" or not?
the number one issue with data not getting EXPORTED is poor internet connection.

3) Please clarify

According to what site? , where did you get a message about "last successful synch"?
what makes you think you are updating, "previous weekend".

1) I have done this already
2) Yes, I am getting "successful export" and when I use my new customer ID to login to the admin, I can see those two games there but not the previous ones
3) My websites are not updating since I switched to my new iPad and my customr ID changed

Websites are tied to the device they were purchased on. We can change the device your website gets its data from if you email us your website name and the old customer ID and new customer ID.

Just to clear some things up... seems a lot of people are getting new devices (iPads or the new iPhones that are coming out), and there is confusion about what this means:

1. Every device has a unique customer ID. You will never be able to "transfer" a customer ID or "share" a customer ID. The customer ID is tied to the device itself, and is how the server is able to identify the data for a device when it is Exported / Imported. You can see the customer ID for each device in the bottom left corner of the Options screen.

2. You can share data across devices using Data Sharing. More information on data sharing can be found at http://iscorecentral.com/baseball/dsfaq.php" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;. Sharing data does not create a "permanent link" between devices, it simply allows you to transfer game / roster data between devices. You will wind up with multiple copies of the data (a copy will reside on each device you share with).

3. An "Admin Website" is a view into the data for each device. The Admin Website is tied to the Customer ID of your device. If you have two devices, each has its own Admin Website. The data becomes available on your Admin Website any time you do an Export from your device.

4. A "Team Website" is tied to the device it is created on. Only one device can feed data into a team website. If you use multiple devices to score games, you will need to transfer the game data to the device the Team Website is associated with, and do an export from that device to update the Team Website. If you get a new device and would like to make that your "source" of data, we can do that change for you. Just send us an email with the Team URL, and the old and new customer IDs. Keep in mind the site will then reflect the data on the new device, so be sure to transfer games from the old device to the new device if you want to see them on your team website.

Hopefully this clarifies some of the recent questions people have had.

jaxcuse are you the same user as dlstrickland ?

looked like two different users (and issues) if you are the same person, please let us know.

jaxcuse, if you are a different person, and plan on using two devices, the issue you are expereincing sounds like one of correctly using DATA SHAREING and I will be glad to explain more in a follow on post if you let me know if you are same or different user, and if you plan on using one or two devices go forward
