edit pitch by pitch

Post by jrjacketbaseball » Thu Mar 03, 2011 7:51 pm

I'm using an HTC inspire on android. When ever I try to edit in the pitch by pitch section, once I select the pitch to correct, it will take to a new screen. I see edit buttons, however nothing located next to them. If I select the edit buttons, it allows.me to make the change. The problem is that you don't know which edit button to select. I have tobsekect each one to figure it out.

FYI-I love the app. The best app on Droid.

We are investigating this issue... we are not sure why it is happening to some people and not others. Here is a thread where it has been discussed:

Hopefully we will have a solution soon.

Thanks guys. You guys have the best service of any software company i have dealt with. Your response times are incredible. I don't mind waiting for a resolution, because I know you are working on it.

FYI--I have the same white background that as mention in the other post. Hopefully it is not an HTC issue.

We just released v3.09 for Android, and we put in a change that we hope fixes this issue. Since we have been unable to reproduce it, we can not know for sure, but please give it a try and let us know.

That means the HTC is completely ignoring an image we are putting on that screen. We changed v3.09 to actually put an image object on the screen, and the HTC is ignoring it.

We will continue trying things with each update to see if we can't find something that works. As noted, we don't actually have a device that is seeing this issue, so it makes it a bit of a challenge, but hopefully we will find something.

Thanks. You guys have been very responsive. It's not the end of the world. I can figure it out you just have select each one. I know you guys will let us know when you get a fix. This is mere cosmetic, the app still works.

Can't say enough about iScore. Its great.
