Post by jrjacketbaseball » Sat Mar 05, 2011 2:56 pm

Whenever I try to log in to the website, I get the following error.

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/content/i/s/c/iscoreftp/html/my/ dologin.php on line 106 Warning: Cannot modify header information -headers already sent by (output started at /home/content/i/ s/c/iscoreftp/html/my/dologin.php:106) in /home/content/i/s/c/iscoreftp/html/my/dologin.php on line 7

Any suggestions?

If you can email us your customer ID (found on the Options screen in iScore) to support@iscorecentral.com, and tell us again there what the issue is as a reminder, we can take a look at your data to see what is going on. We just tried logging in to the Admin Website, and things worked fine, so it may be something specific with your data.

Thank you.

The first thing to try is to reset the password from your hand held.

Options> admin web site > change password

Then try to log on again at my.iscorecentral.com.

With the user id and password ..

That usually works. Next question, what browser are you using and has the browser changed since last able to log in?

I haven't been able to log into the admin site yet. I have tried on both Firefox3.6 and IE7.

I deleted a learning game on my handheld and the stats are still showing up on the player card on the handheld. I read on the forum, if I log into the admin site I can fix that issue. However, I can't log into the server.

Which kind of device? Android or iOS? Try logging in from your device browser ..trying to isolate if issue on your computer..

Also are you sure typing in right device id not mistaking zeros for Os etc..

Sorry if I am stating the obvious but we are trouble shooting.

You did set up an admin website on the options page?

Now when you touch the admin button on your device it has a user .... and password?
