iPad version Crashes when emailing game results

iPad version Crashes when emailing game results

Whenever I attempt to email game results from my iPad the app crashes. No data is lost, but I can't email games to my home pc or to anyone else.

First thing is to make sure you are on the latest version of iScore (v3.09). If you are already on that version, and it is failing, do an Options->Export from within iScore, and email us directly at support@iscorecentral.com with your Customer ID (found on the Options screen), and give us the steps you are using that are causing the crash (which game, which options, what you are typing for email address). Thank you.

Try restarting your iPad. When I start getting odd crashes, this fixes many of them.
