I scored a complete game and saved. The game only shows up in the stats no where else. I have checked league manager on the teams and players. I also selected all in league manager and still can't find my game. Please help!!!!!

Go to league manager and enable all the leagues
Now go to game manager, if the game is there you, check the leagues
If the game is not there, FTM will need to investigate.

Option export your data, send email to support@iscoresports.com, provide your customer Id and eplain precisely which game is missing. There is a chance they can recover it..

I am having the same issue. I scored a game which shows up in the web site stats but not on the game page. Also in the app the players do not show a game played. Yes, I checked all leagues.

some more detail please, ( it helps us trouble shoot faster and more accurately ) [you can of course also email support@iscoresports.com with the description of your problem, be sure to options export first and include your device ID]

are you talking about not seeing "the game" on your handheld device or web page? (I assumed you meant device, but if it is on web page, like pintomom,) (If a web page issue, which type of web page, the admin or a team page.)

Second, and what device and iscore version.

When you say "shows up in stats", are you saying in the Team Manager, Team Stats or the Player Manager, Player, Player Card, Stats.

Does the game show up on your admin site (games tab)?

Sounds like The game stats are represented on the team web site, in the players stats page. but not on the games page. (correct?). On the stats page, when you click on a player and "drill down" do you see the specific game in question?

On the Handheld,
(what device and what version of iscore)
you have confirmed ALL leagues enabled (have check mark on them)

is the game in the Game Manager?

are stats for the game included in the Team Stats (Team Manager > Team Stats) Are they there for one, none, or both teams?

are the stats missing for ALL players on both teams or just some , (player manager >player> player card > stats)

if some players than, looking at inadvertent duplication of players, and can 'merge' them back.

First to clarify: I have scored 3 games. White Sox (our team) vs. 1) Indians 2) Reds 3) Rangers. The last game scored, vs, the Rangers, is the missing one. The date was 3/9/11 (yes, I am VERY behind!!! My coach is peeved...

To answer your questions in order:

Yes, I have a team web site, too.
No, the game does not show up on the games tab.

On the team's web site, the stats page show the players having played 3 games. However, the game page only lists the first 2 games played.

On the handheld (an iPhone 3 with iScore 3.09.141) there are only 2 games in Game Manager.

In Player Manager, the Ranger players show having played the game on their player card. So do each White Sox. 3/9/11

In Team Manager, the Rangers show no game played in team stats, and the White Sox show only 2.

In League manager, I have "all," "default" and "Spring 2011) all the leagues) checked. All 4 teams in my team list are checked as "Spring 2011."

Did I answer all the questions?

It looks like you inadvertently deleted the game white sox vs rangers. (worry not it is not all lost). but if that is the case, it will take hands on magic from support@iscoresports.com to recover and completely fix.

but before you email them, with your request and customer id, you should probably go ahead and update your software and re export. I see you are not on the latest version, (3.1.6) update your iscore software (through the app store) to the latest version 3.16. then once update complete, go in and re options export your data. this should force a recalculation of your database, and it may do one of two things, make your game appear or make your stats realize it is missing. obviously one is great, but two is no worse off than you are and can be recovered by FTM most likely.

Just received this email:

We have restored the deleted game. You can now press Import to retrieve the recovered data as long as you have not changed the iScore data on your device since the last export. If you have changed the data then an import would cause those changes to be lost.

Yippee!!

BUT- if i had scored games since then, would I have lost them? This is why I have fallen behind... (oh, BTW, I paper score games then enter them on iScore later. Those coach-pitch games are WAAAYYY too fast and crazy to do them on the phone!!)

only games at risk are those that occur between EXPORT and IMPORT (and if there are some, there are ways to not loose but takes more interactive emails with FTM, so they remind/ask as a matter of routine.).. This is why we recommend OPTION EXPORT after EVERY game. FTM asks whenever you email a support request to do a fresh export, so they have most current. and then they try to pick the data and turn it around quick, so you do not have much time to add in new games between export and re import. If you did, they would ask you not to re import and have you re export and re fix data again (double and tripple work on hem so really try to avoid that). but if critical they have always risen to the challenge.

Yes, I cannot see the game on my iPad.
