Trying to transfer data fri iPad to iPod via import. Asking for customer Id and password. I entered the customer id but do not know my password. How do I find out? Thank you.

Go to the Options -> Admin Website on the device you are trying to retrieve the data from, and you will see the password there. You can also set the password from that screen if you want to change it to something different.
