Pitch by pitch update save on device veerryy ssllloooowww...

Post by Tomy. » Thu Mar 22, 2012 8:59 am

I had to go back and add a sub for the past inning after the 2nd inning. I exited the scoring screen, opened pitch-by-pitch found the correct play and added the sub. Hit save. From here until save was done it took about 2 minutes. I almost missed the first play of the next inning. Is this how it's supposed to be?

We have not seen this kind of slowness when doing a sub. We usually enter missed subs at the end of the game instead of during a game, but this slowness does not seem normal. If you can do an Options -> Export and email us at support@iscoresports.com with your Customer ID (found on Options screen) and let us know what type of device you are using, and which game to perform a sub on that has this slowness, we can take a look at your data.
